Can't click on Microsoft Form?

Good Morning all,

 

I'm very baffled by this and unsure of how to fix it. We had three forms that were being used for an agreement and I was added as a collaborator by the form owner. I've been able to see it and use it without issues for weeks, but now neither myself or the form owner can now click on the form when we try and open it in the recent tab.

 

Any ideas?

Try clearing cookies and doing a hard refresh.

Apparently the form no longer exists...

There's a recycle bin in the bottom right whilst you're in the 'My Forms' tab.

We've had a couple of forms do that when MS has decided we look too much like we're phishing or collecting unacceptable amounts of personal data - a 10 minute support call to MS brought them back.
