Yeah, we got the emails for our schools too.

 

If you're using the enterprise dashboard (enterprise.wonde.com) for managing N+1 schools, you can't change the license there via the "manage school" option. 

 

You have to use (or create) an account in each school before the licensing option appears.

We are now heavily relying on Wonde..... and seems to be increasing as the months go by..

 

Seem to be sharing our MIS data with... everyone.

If you are a MAT admin you can email the support portal and tell them to downgrade all your schools without having to login to each one.

We did ours a couple of years ago, when it first kicked off!

 

It's do once and forget thing, right? They haven't suddenly changed anyone back onto the paid for version and invoiced them have they, or are these people recent Wonde users?

I did, their reply was "you have to do it".
