I've created my CSV file (even tried with just one device) but when I click IMPORT nothing appears to happen and the device(s) do not get enrolled.

Any ideas?

How long have you waited?

It took overnight for my first import of 100 devices to show up in the console, and multiple subsequent imports of between 1 and 20 devices took between 10 minutes and 3 hours to show up. The length of time taken to show appeared to have nothing to do with the volume of devices imported.

Been around 90 minutes.

Have tried multiple times :/

If they all eventually work will I end up with duplicate devices enrolled?

I haven't had that and trust me, I tried about 10 times initially before I gave up and let it think about it overnight. It woud be a bit of an oversight if the system could have have more than one identical device hash!

I'd leave it for today and check tomorrow. Like I said, it literally took overnight the first time I uploaded. I uploded the CSVs multiple times between about 11am and 2pm, it sucked it up without error each time but then appeared to do nothing. I checked it again from home about 9pm and it was still empty. When I checked again at 7:30 the following morning they were all there.

So if you have an "Assigned User" column in your CSV, even if it's empty in each ROW it will prevent the import process from working.

And you won't get any error or warning as such, it will just sit there!!!!

Issue now resolved.
