Any ideas of when this will be released please?

I would like to get something in one of my schools before i go away, i could always do beta testing.

Haha, the wheels are in motion, the packages are uploaded to the site. I'm now switching the DNS to point at my new hosting provider so when that updates it'll be ready.

Still working on a couple of last minute changes. I noticed a couple of mistakes in the AUP Informant manual which I'm fixing now and a few wrong / missing images on the new site. I haven't left this chair all morning. :p

When you visit the site you'll either see a notice about the DNS still updating (that's the old site) or one about "a few nips and tucks" which is the new site. If you're stuck on the old one it could take a few hours for the DNS changes to make their way around the world.

Status update @ 15:01:

Website is ready to go apart from DNS. A few more tweaks to the manual while I wait. Not sure how much longer DNS will take to propagate - I made the change last night.

Will probably wait until tomorrow morning to bring everything online. I guess I should've expected something to take longer than I thought. :o

Paul - Thats great news. Been clicking on your website throughout the day hoping that I would get away from the maintenance mode screen. I guess I will try again in the morning.

Thanks again for all your efforts.

It seems now that I "have come to the right place" so i guess the DNS records have updated. Just waiting for the site to go "live".

Its just like Christmas morning!!!!!

Interestingly the DNS still hasn't updated for me but I switched over to OpenDNS temporarily and it's fine. Just writing a post to put up in this forum and then I'll take the maintenance page down. :)

mortstar, I'm not sure about Terminal Services to be honest. I've never worked with it myself. If it helps I can tell you that the client never writes to the filesystem or touches the user's profile folder. It will access the Windows event log and I would be careful with the "restart on decline option"! It does open a couple of ports - I don't know if TS somehow allows multiple applications to use the same port. I would say give it a go if you're comfortable with the deployment process, there's certainly nothing that embeds deep into Windows.
