Any way of dropping the student contact details in bulk to update details/priorities/delete contacts etc and then bulk upload?

Unfortunately Parents/Parental Contact Details and Priorities etc cannot be Bulk imported currently and must be manually managed. You can Import Basic/Personal Details, Emails and Telephones for Students via Manual Data Import/Export but not Parents.

When you say Merge, are you saying you have duplicate records of Contacts or you would like to be shown how to add/remove/update Contacts?

I have issues with the priorities and duplicate details. So ideally I want to start again and re-upload them as there are far too many to do manually.
