[sims] Design Report - to get all the 'Maintain Behaviour Types' out

After all these years I still find the reporting catalogue confusing. If I go Tools>Setup>Behaviour>Behaviour Type, I can add new Behaviours with points etc. We have old ones that are inactive (ie the Active is tickbox is set to False). But I can't see how to output a list of these Behaviour types in the reporting area? I just want to export a list of all, inc inactive, to check if one exists in there already that I can modify. (That's just an example though)

 

Quite often I come up against similar issues, eg suppose I want to out put a list of some Lookup (Tools>Lookups>Maintain, then go into a data area eg Person>Email Address Location or whatever), I never seem to be able to find it.

 

Is it in there somewhere? My only option otherwise is to 'print' to pdf from the maintain behaviour types screen, then get the info out of that. Which is pretty mental.

I also find this annoying. Its just a fact of life that some stuff is not exposed in the reporting engine and there is nothing to be done.

Its very frustrating.

My patience with this sort of thing ran out last year - we are migrating to Bromcom in Feb.

haha I exported the pdf (print), went to save it in a general sims folder on my PC so I can then get the data off the pdf and into excel, and found a version I had done the summer term! Including the excel where then I split the info into columns etc. Can't remember if I'm coming or going...
