MIS service desk - Dorking, Hammersmith OR Milton Keynes (hybrid role) - £25-30K

Looking for a technical person with some experience of schools MIS in particular SIMS but could also be Arbor or Bromcom.

 

It is a Term Time only role so the salary is pro rata'd, up to £25800 but it is also Hybrid so only 2 days in these offices (Either Dorking, Milton Keynes OR Hammersmith), rest from home!

 

The last person we placed into this role, came from an IT technical apprenticeship from a school, increased his overall salary and got the holidays off so he could concentrate on further studies

 

It's service desk work supporting schools who buy into an MIS support contract

 

You will log calls and emails, attempt to assist quickly or work with the team to mange the support call through to successful closure.

 

You could also be working on improving your own knowledge of the technology, helping to deliver online training, working on new documentation and helping with upgrades.
