[voip] What phone headsets are your reception staff using?

I'm in the market for headsets for our reception staff and wondered what you were all buying?

 

Looking for:

 

• Bluetooth
  
• Noise cancelling
  
• Mix of single and double-ear (for "my colleagues are noisy and I need to get this done" purposes)
  
• Easy to use (base unit = charge cradle)
  
• Not ridiculously priced

We got a couple of CISCO 561's

 

Single ear, easy to use, charging cradle but expensive

 

When we first installed them the front office staff used them all the time but I think the novelty has worn off because they don't seem to be using them anymore

We use Yealink WH63's for our office T46S handsets

 

As above - Fairly expensive but seems as though the novelty has worn off as they are hardly used now.

 

Never heard any complaints from staff though, they quite liked them. Noise cancelling and other options are configurable via software
