As a relatively new company, we have exciting positions coming up, including a Senior Onsite Engineer role in the Haslemere area.

This role will be based at one of our largest secondary schools and will involve helping manage the schools network, as well as managing a junior technician/apprentice on-site.

You will provide first and second line support at the school, working with a range of systems and users with varying skills and will need to find solutions to issues affecting all aspects of IT within the school you are supporting.

The varied nature of this role requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to think outside the box to solve issues independently, but who can also work effectively with our wider IT and school teams. A friendly and professional manner is vital as this is a customer focused role, based in schools.

Key requirements:

 

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, security and networking
  
• Experience working in an IT MSP or an education environment
  
• Excellent communication skills
