Data Analyst iSAMS - Central London- Contract or Permanent- Immediate Start - £35k

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an independent school in the Central / West London. This is contract role with an opportunity to move into a permanent role.

 

For this role, iSAMS experience is highly desirable.

Excellent contract pay rates and Permanent salary is up to £35,000.

Responsibilities:

 

● Assuring that database systems are adequately documented, including details of the underlying infrastructure and configuration settings, to be able to support them effectively.

● Maintain iSAMS and other management information system databases; provide patches, upgrades and configurations when necessary to ensure their integrity is maintained, as well as their security, high availability and fit for purpose.

● Working with colleagues across the IT Department to ensure backups are taken and verified as valid, as well as robust and effective restoration procedures.

● The creation and support of interfaces among MIS systems and with 3rd-party systems used by the school.

● Publish termly student reports via iSAMS

● To develop, test, produce, and deploy SSRS reports based on iSAMS and other SQL databases and support the introduction of new reporting systems as needed.

● Assist staff members with the use of all aspects of iSAMS.

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

 

● Working in a previous Data Analyst position within a school or education setting.

● Strong experience using ISAMs and other MIS systems.

● Microsoft Excel skills
