Impero control making computer unusable

Hello,

 

Just recently we have upgraded our Impero to V8.5.92 and since this we have had issues whenever we take over a computer where the mouse stops working, now it isnt much of an issue where the laptops are concerned due to us being able to use a USB mouse to reinstall the driver and fix it however we do not have much luck when it comes to our staff who all have Surface Go 2 where there is no USB input.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue with impero and what have they done to solve it, do we just wait until a new version which patches this bug comes out?
