Does anyone use Copiserv - managed print

We are looking to use or at least get a quote from a company called Copiserv who provide MFDs and Printers to Schools.

 

I thought i'd reach out and find out if there are / is anyone on here who is already using them who could provide us with a bit more information.

 

We are a bit unsure about their pricing as they don't provide any rental costs, these are FOC and we would only be charged for the click costs (and papercut & MiFare readers).

Alarm bells immediattely start ringing with that, and hidden increases year on year (not saying that for them)

 

I would 100% look at a CCS agreement https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6174:2/lot-suppliers

 

I would also recommend RM6174 if you are an academy.

 

Personally with Ricoh and they are fantastic, pricing is not beatable by anyone and you know where you stand, prices are fixed for the whole term, and even staples are free
