To send secure attachment in Microsoft Edge

I need to send a CTF to a school in Scotland, and would like to do so as a secure attachment. Never having sent a secure attachment in Edge before (we use Windows 10 Education), could anyone give me advice as to how I should go about doing so? Alternatively, is there another way I can forward the CTF to the school?

What do you use for email? We just use the message encryption thats part of Office 365. You used to need a seperate "Azure rights management for faculty" license but afaik this is now included.

Do you use Office 365 or Google Apps? You could share the file using SharePoint or Google Drive I guess, would that be secure enough for you?
