Chromebook - Anyway to disable desktop switching?

A teacher has contacted me to say the pupils are switching between desktops to pretend they are working on their Chromebook.

 

I have had a scan of the admin settings but cant see any settings to disable desktop switching.

 

Does anyone know of a way?

Not that I'm aware of. What monitoring software do you use?

Wouldn't that be a bit like disabling alt-tab?
