Odd email issue

I have 1 teachers email account on 365 that does a really strange thing. On outlook through a browser, when replying to an email if they click send it saves it as a draft and doesn't send it.

 

A new email will send fine

 

Same account from outlook deskop app behaves as expected.

 

Emails send fine from ipad.

 

It's only when replying and only when using outlook through a web browser, on any pc.

Think this user is hitting this issue.

 

It's really worth signing up to the email alerts - it helps when you get random issues like this.

A couple of users noticed this happening yesterday on a shared mailbox. It wasn't listed as an advisory in the admin centre so I submitted it myself. They investigated and concluded no errors, with the issue still remaining our end. Nice to know they did eventually pick up on it. All seems to be working fine now though...

365 was mega glitchy in many ways yesterday including everloading mailbox envelope animation and Sway being read only. I use the full fat Outlook on windows so don't get to dogfood the same stuff as the teachers.

We had the same on two mailboxes. Sadly, one was one of the AHs and they’re a proper moithering windbag (and one of my best friends) so had fun trying to diagnose that.
