I'm not sure if a windows 10 policy is causing a conflict with this, but on our 4 windows 11 machines, non admin accounts can't left click icons on the taskbar (wireless, sound etc) nothing appears when they click. But if you log in with an administrator account, it works fine. Anyone else encountered this?

thanks!

It does appear to be an issue with applocker/windows update, I've gone back to an earlier version of W11 and isolated the GPOs and it's working now. Thanks guys!

I had the same problem using old AppLocker GPO's when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (no start bar available). From my understanding when you first create the GPO AppLocker rule it builds from your reference device OS. I would suggest building a new GPO using a Windows 11 device, then recreating all AppLocker rules within that new GPO.
