It'll do the job definitely, but cores and memory are always key in music tech applications.

Personally I'd want more cores and at least double the memory.

 

I've blogged about this a couple of times before. You'll be better off getting a slightly older HP workstation with a Xeon CPU and bags of memory instead.

I would want to double the memory to 32 at least.
