How to reset iPad profile on Meraki

Hi all,

 

I am attempting to deploy a new profile on my shared iPads on Meraki by removing the current one.

 

I removed the old profile on the DEP setting, but later on found out that no action occurred on the iPads.

 

Now I am in a position where I am unable to access the devices on Meraki, meaning I am not able to push commands etc.

 

Does anyone know how to reset these devices when they are in this position? I am unable to reset on the devices themselves and Meraki

 

Any suggestions would be great.

Do you have access to Apple Configurator where you can wipe these devices and start from new?

I am using Apple School Manager which the devices are/were currently enrolled in an MDM (Meraki)
