Burconix Ltd are working in partnership with a large secondary school based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

 

The post-holder will proactively oversee the day-to-day operation of on-site network services. Additional support will be provided by a remote team of support engineers so that we can provide an efficient, effective and flexible response to the needs of users.

 

Skills and experience required to apply:

 

* Experience of working in an IT Support role.

* Experience of working in an Education setting - highly desirable.

* Good knowledge of the support, operation and maintenance of a Windows 10 environment.

* Clear, confident and professional in all communication with other members of the school community.

* Is flexible, able to work under pressure and proactively, both independently and as part of a team.

* Is able to support the management of projects relating to the implementation of new software and/or hardware.

* Can manage and oversee the IT Helpdesk using Helpdesk management software.
