minecraft education licensing

How does the Minecraft education licensing work. I have a teacher that want about 10 pupils to have it.

You pay for it annually, £3.84 per licence.

It also comes with some of the larger M365 packages.

I download the desktop version...? but licence through the store..

I downloaded the education version from here - Download | Minecraft Education Edition and then ran the powershell script to install manually - used a classroom management solution to control all the machines at the same time. It's too large to deploy via GPO (i've found) so better to do it in one hit as an admin account.

As mentioned above it comes included M365 A3 Student but can also be purchased under CSP as a monthly licence - I can run through this with you if you wnat to get in touch.
