Upgrade DC and Certificate authority to 2012 r2

Hi

 

We have two DC which are running server 2012, this is obviously preventing us from bringing the Domain level up to 2012r2. I would normally just build some new DCs and retire the old ones but on of them is the certificate authority for the domain, does ony one have guide for migrating this role?
