Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has found a way (preferably via the admin center) to see what storage a user is taking up and where it's happening? I have a user allocated 50Gb of space, and I can easily see that only 0.5GB is used in emails, and about 1GB for onedrive, so I'm now trying to figure out where the remainder is being used.

After various searches and a call to MS (who didn't seem to have a clue), I'm wondering if others might have found a way to view sharepoint or teams content usage? Happy to try via powershell too.

Thanks!

I can't help you with Teams, but according to MS you should be able to broadly check sharepoint like this:

SharePoint Online

Log in to Office 365 (portal.office.com) as administrator, and select Admin > Reports > Usage

scroll down to Sharepoint Files -> view more

explore that pane, it may not give you exact figures in MB but it'll give you file counts that would be indicative.

More than that I think you'll need to opt in to office analytics and use Power BI.
