Teams - Year End Process?

Hi there

 

We are new to teams this year and wondered what process people normally do and how you go about it.

 

 

We are thinking along the lines of Changing the team and email name (added a year prefix maybe) Then archiving the teams and remove all membership.

That way we have the name and email ready to be used again.

We named the teams with the GCSE year they spanned, so we'll just archive them at the end of term.

E-mail addresses were auto generated by Teams anyway so it's the random msxxxxx style so no need for us to worry about them.
