Third Party Extended Warranty for Dell Servers and SAN

Hi everyone

 

Does anyone know of any companies that provide third party extended warranties for Dell Servers, Sans and Switches?

 

I have had one competitive quote from a US based company called Riverstone Technology, but I know very little about them.

 

If anyone has used Riverstone, would they be happy to recommend them?

We use Millgate, though that is for HP stuff. Came out cheaper for higher level.

We bought extended warranty cover for our HP server through @johnlevis at VeryPC.

Only had to use it once but the service was spot on and priced very favourably too.

We had a failed SAS drive within an array. When I reported the failure, they asked if we wanted an engineer on site or to ship the part direct so I went with the latter and the drive was shipped on a pre 10:30 next day.
