Papercut - changing account selection

Currently have papercut setup with Sharp MFDs where staff select chargeable department via the papercut windows popup.

 

I know I can change it so account selection takes place at the MFD but for the life of me I cannot find the settings.

 

Anyone able to point me in the general direction?

Can only do it at the copier when copying, printing to be selected on the PC.
