[sims] SIMS Support - School Business Services

Just wondered if any school uses School Business Services for their SIMS support?

 

Only ask, as our Data Manager is looking at alternative SIMS support options. Historically, this has been offered by the LEA, but they are looking at alternatives.

 

Longer term, we are looking at alternatives to SIMS too. I can't find the post now, as there is one similar whereby one school changed over after summer results and before September term, with someone else stating (the same line of thought of myself) stating that support contracts run from 1st April, so do or have schools ended up with paying for rollover support even when they have migrated over to a different product?
