Popular Post Scottyuk30 Posted February 14, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 14, 2022 Hi everyone, I've been reading through this whole post and seeing requests for credentials and links to expired WeTransfer's. So....i've just set one of these devices up and not installed a custom version of Windows specifically so I could export the drivers. Here is a link to all the drivers, individual folders and also a zip file containing them all. I hope this helps anybody that is struggling to set them up. Scott Satellite Pro ET10 Drivers 7
Cthomas87 Posted February 14, 2022 Posted February 14, 2022 Hi, Does anyone know what I need to install / do to get touch screen working again? I have the drivers and tried updating the monitor driver but that is saying it has the most recent version and wont let me update?

I have the drivers and tried updating the monitor driver but that is saying it has the most recent version and wont let me update? Hi, Is there anything listed in device manager as missing a driver? I've got device manager open on mine now and in the Human Interface Devices there is an item called "KMDF HID Minidriver for Touch I2C Device", is this listed on yours? Scott 1
Scottyuk30 Posted February 16, 2022 Posted February 16, 2022 Hi everyone, Just letting you know that I've managed to get this device to boot from the network so it's currently installing Windows 10 LTSC 2021 via MDT. Once it's done i'll attack the driver installation and see what does/doesn't work Scott 1
Popular Post Scottyuk30 Posted February 16, 2022 Popular Post Posted February 16, 2022 (edited) Hi (again). I now have a fully working LTSC tablet with all the drivers installed. If you use the link I provided earlier, you can download all the drivers to a folder. In device manager update the drivers and point at the folder. I'd suggest updating the 'unknown devices' first as this way you get 'touch' and 'screen rotation'. Updating the others forces a reboot and trying to control the mouse when it's on it's side messes with your head haha!! I resorted to turning it on it's side and plugging a mouse in. JonHarvey Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 Hello, We are experiencing the same issue with sourcing drivers for the Dynabook Sat Pro E10-S10Q. Please could you send me details?
MrsICTJones Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 Good afternoon DynabookDawn, May I have the username and password to access the Dynabook site for the drivers, please? Thank you Tracy
ninjabeaver Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 Hi Dawn, Messaged you for access to the drivers. @Scottyuk30 or anyone else. I can get the F7 and boot from USB NIC, it goes off to PXE boot then reverts to the boot choice screen after about 5 seconds. How do I get this to PXE boot and connect to our MDT / SCCM server? I'm using the Anker USB NIC's with PXE chip in them. Thanks, Simon.
sicts Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Good afternoon DynabookDawn, May I have the username and password to access the Dynabook site for the drivers, please? Thank you Lee
Rackenford Posted March 25, 2022 Posted March 25, 2022 When I went into the BIOS, I found 2 options for Network Boot, so I queued them up as the first 2 boot options. Plugged in my USB to Ethernet adapter and, first one failed but, second one worked and I was able to PXE boot and install W10Edu. I am going to try installing the drivers next. I PM'ed Dawn yesterday about drivers but, have not heard anything. Let me know how you get on with BIOS and I will send you a photo if you need it. Good luck. Fazza Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Hi Mr_J - they were a unit built specifically for DfE so do not show on our main website but you can access drivers through our FTP Client - URL: www.tb2b.eu (if you are using an FTP client, the URL would be: ftp.tb2b.eu ) Username and Password available from on request i hope this helps. Dawn Hi! Just getting around to putting our golden image on 12 of these devices - could you please PM me the logon details to the FTP site? Thanks.
ARK-Matt Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Hi Dawn, Could I also have the creds please? Cheers Matt
jgmitchell Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 Hi Dawn Could I have the credentials for the drivers please? Cheers James
Fazza Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 I can't believe the government has spent tax payers money on laptops that have drivers that are so top secret they have to be locked away in a password protected website that only a select group of people have access to Luckily DoubleDriver works OK on these laptops (ran it on one of the laptops before we imaged it) so we're having to use that to install the drivers on the laptops which involves rotating your head 90degrees as until all the drivers are installed the screen is in landscape mode even when it's in landscape position on the keyboard which is literally a pain in the next!!
synaesthesia Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Oh don't worry @Fazza , it gets better. I've just had a laptop which was sent back to Dynabook for warranty repair given to me. Not even a DFE one, a bought one. Sent back for a no power issue in brand-new, never used condition. Returned with all the screws burred (wrong screw head used), one screw point snapped where they didn't realise a label covered one screw and prize marks all around it, the keyboard and mouse ribbon cables only half connected (keyboard half worked, trackpad didnt work at all) and the right side USB/Headphone/Ethernet board ribbon cable was hanging loose and nothing worked. Wifi antenna only 1 out of 2 connected. Worst warranty repair job I've ever, ever seen!

These tablets have Satellite Pro written on them and if this had still been Toshiba they would have only been Satellite's and not part of the Pro range. The build quality seems OK, it's just the support that seems lacking as not being able to get the drivers is a red flag for me as that's such a basic thing.
JakeMayes Posted June 23, 2022 Posted June 23, 2022 Hello, can I please get access to the drivers? Thanks
Fazza Posted June 24, 2022 Posted June 24, 2022 Hello, can I please get access to the drivers? Thanks Good Luck! I'm still waiting. I have kinda given up all hope and used the freeware program called DoubleDriver to backup the drivers from one we had not imaged and then you can restore them to all your laptops after you've rebuilt them. I think you can also import the drivers that DD has backed up in to SCCM like you would normal drivers from the manufacturer but I didnt have time to test. I've got another 35 DynoRod laptops that are different to these and again no drivers available so I think the UK Government has wasted it's money once again.
