If it helps anyone else out there, its not exactly apparent but Oak are hosting their content on mux.com if you need to whitelist the domain

The official response from Oak was the videos are hosted on mux.com use wildcard (*.mux.com) and wildcard *.thenational.academy, *.video.thenational.academy and *.*.video.thenational.academy as well as thenational.academy
