Jawloms Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 I've turned on the auto-attendance report (I believe!) but it isn't appearing. From what I've read it should appear automatically a few minutes after a meeting has finished. I have checked my global policy and my teacher one and both have "AllowEngagementReport" as "Enabled". Anyone else using it? What did I miss? https://www.jumpto365.com/blog/how-to-use-the-new-attendance-report-in-microsoft-teams-meetings Thank you Stuart
supportman Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 Takes a long time from experience, up to a week for us for random users. Make sure the teacher policy is updated in the GUI as well to the correct one you set with powershell. We ended up turning it on for all our policies. 1
DannyG555 Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 Just to throw it out there too, there is also the MS Insights Team app which you can make available to users and provides various data analysis. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/class-insights 1
Jawloms Posted January 20, 2021 Author Posted January 20, 2021 Still not appearing. Anyone got any thoughts as to what I missed please?
supportman Posted January 21, 2021 Posted January 21, 2021 Can you send them a message as an admin? Sometimes that kicks it into the new policy Also make sure you get them to log in and out of teams as well as yourself beforehand.

They've logged out and in a few times as it's been over a week now since I changed the setting. I've also messaged quite a few of them about various things.

Tefters Posted January 21, 2021 Posted January 21, 2021 (edited) They've logged out and in a few times as it's been over a week now since I changed the setting. I've also messaged quite a few of them about various things. I set this up over a month ago and its never worked after a meeting. It works if you download it during the meeting, for example at the end of a meeting before leaving/ending but it never appears automatically afterwards. I spent 4 hours on an email chain to Office 365 support and another 4+ hours googling and eventually gave up and just advised staff to make it a "to do" before ending the meeting. I then later stumbled across a Microsoft post somewhere online (sorry wouldn't have a clue where now as my history daily is looking like a Teams wiki) that mentioned it only working for during a meeting at the moment. gumbygaz Posted January 22, 2021 Posted January 22, 2021 Just noticed this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=66459 I'm assuming it's full roll out has been delayed? Or am I looking at a different Roadmap Could really do with it though, looks a much better way to get the attendance list.
