stebo730 Posted January 2, 2021 Posted January 2, 2021 Hello and a Happy New Year! Does anyone know if it is possible to Share a SharePoint Site or Document Library with External people. They need would need view Only Anonymous Access as we don't want to set up Guest Access or require sign ins. With the upcoming home learning coming up in Scotland, this would before all our Primary Parents for at least a week I just wondered if this was a possibility?
mavhc Posted January 2, 2021 Posted January 2, 2021 Yes, I created a standalone sharepoint site named public documents, and a library within that called public documents, just to make sure everyone knew it was public, and then linked to it from the school website. Of course if you put copyrighted files in there there may be a problem.
