O365 to O365 Migration

Hi guys,

 

We currently have a number of schools with their own O365 tenancies which we are looking to bring into one. Does anyone have any advice/experience of migrating multiple O365 tenancies to a single O365 tenancy?

Is there a way we can do this natively with tools from Microsoft or do we need to purchase a third party connector?

Can we also move OneDrive/SharePoint data as well as inboxes?

 

Any information at all or experiences of doing this would be greatly appreciated!

There are tools within O365 for Migration of emails and for data migration there is the Sharepoint Migration Tool or Mover (which MS Own).

We used https://www.codetwo.com/office-365-migration/ for Mailbox to Mailbox from two different tenancies and mover.io for people's OneDrive.

 

Sharepoint migration was done manually which was a bit of a pain.

I use Cloudiway to do this. Costs around $4 per user and will migrate all Exchange and OneDrive data.

 

It will also do SharePoint/Teams if you pay for the extra licenses.

 

All runs in their cloud so no need to install anything on your servers.

 

I mist have transferred nearly 20million emails to date with a 99.96 success rate
