Impero blocking every website

Hi all,

 

I'm hoping someone can help, I'm getting reports from multiple students/teachers to say that impero is blocking every website they go on to. They keep getting an error that says "The website you tried to access is not on the Allowed List", but without allowing every single website, how else can I fix this?

 

Disclaimer, I'm no good when it comes to impero.

I think you need to clear the allow list in the group in question.

 

I am afraid you are going to have to check each group, but it is where someone has put something in the allow list and it is blocking everything else.

Thanks for the reply, i've cleared all the lists, but I've got 1 that won't remove from one of the allow lists. I clear it, go back in and it's still there. Any ideas?
