Yes for PCs, no for laptops (because laptops are only used in the prep and reception class kids can't manage C+A+D)

 

If you have the "Legal message/warning shown at logon" set, it only shows once if you don't have "Press C+A+D" enabled, otherwise with it enabled it shows every time C+A+D is pressed to log on.

No, emulating the Win 10 login screen would be way too complicated to trick people these days, we're not the FBI, it's probably fine.

We use the "legal message" thing to show a few brief welcome lines. I'm tempted to drop that, however.
