Photocopiers keep losing connection to server

Hi All,

The current server is a 2012 R2 standard. Kyocera Bizhub photocopiers keep losing connection during the day. I have changed the sleep settings on both photocopiers. Both photocopier have DHCP reservation. When I ping the photocopies from the print server I get Destination host unreachable during the drop out. I can still access the web interface for both photocopies from the server.

 

I have set up bat file to reset print spooler and papercut application for every morning using Task Scheduler.

I have checked the event logins. I get following error message 5012. Aprocess serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool exceeded time' limits during start up. the process id was '1040'

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
