[bromcom] Problem with saving of changes to adhoc reports

I appear to have a serious issue with the report facility when it comes to saving one I have just amended.

 

I have tried to amend some fields at the Web Merge stage from Result to Grade Description, and have saved the report after every amendment, but when I come to reopen the report, the changes I’d made, and which I thought I’d saved, have not seemingly been made to the report.

 

I’ve attached a document which records in detail every step I took to make the changes. Am I missing something obvious in the procedure, or am I doing something wrong, or is there an issue with the software?

 

The problem seems to occur when it comes to closing the tab down after having saved the report (because after having saved and processed the report, there's no obvious indication as to what needs to be done next - please see page 9 of the attachment). Both when I close the tab down and reopen the report in a new tab - or when I reopen the report within the same tab - the amendments I made have definitely not saved. The issue appears to be only with the Effort and Behaviour fields, though; the changes I have made to the Teacher fields are pulling through correctly (although for some reason I cannot change the Teacher fields for ICT or Music).

 

Would anyone else be able to advise if I’m missing something obvious or doing something obviously wrong, or if indeed it is an issue with the application?
