[sims] Leavers appearing in marksheets

I have an issue where a Y11 student who left in the summer has now started to appear in marksheets for current Y11.

 

They have a leaving date assigned, and normal leaver procedures followed.

 

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can remove them from the current Y11 group marksheets?

 

We use Sims (Assessment Manager).

First step would be to run Run Update Course Memberships from Tools>Academic Manager>Course Manager

 

Probably a rogue course end date.

I've just updated them and the student is still appearing in the current Y11 marksheets.

They may have a duplicate Pre-Admission record? But I would have thought this issue would have cropped up before, but worth a look? The home page Search should show any duplicates.

Go into Course Manager and see if they are listed as being a member of the relevant course and if they are remove them from there.

This could be a design feature! I seem to remember leavers appear for assessment/reporting purposes for 30 days their leaving date.
