Disease Posted September 2, 2020 Posted September 2, 2020 Hi all, We have just changed our ISP to a new provider with a new External IP and now my AD sync has stopped working, is there some configuration I need to change to get it back to working? Cheers in advance.
DJ-1701 Posted September 2, 2020 Posted September 2, 2020 Odd, I didn't have an issue back when we were using DirSync, so there shouldn't be a problem. I assume your new provider allows access by default as I hope most do by now. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory/hybrid/reference-connect-ports https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide 1
DJ-1701 Posted September 2, 2020 Posted September 2, 2020 I do remember having an issue at one point though when we had https filtering... had to ensure the server was using the non-ssl filtering proxy. 1
Disease Posted September 2, 2020 Author Posted September 2, 2020 So could be the new Smoothwall appliance blocking something then.

Davit2005 Posted September 2, 2020 Posted September 2, 2020 Can you try and connect to the Azure admin portal with the account that is used in Azure AD connect?
