How do you dispose old broken iPads?

Not had to do it myself, but I’d try to factory restore them from a PC or Mac if they still connect, to wipe anything that may be on there. If they’re totally dead, maybe Hulk Smash time on the storage chips?

 

Then, into the WEEE pile they go!
