external sims support

Hi all we have sims.net and are looking for companies that provide telephone software support, I know capita have their own but i also know there are a few other companies offering services as sims gurus.

Any advice/links etc. as always gratefully received

A lot cheaper than what we paid Capita and they've got us out of a tight spot once or twice.

 

Remember you still get access to the capita forums as long as you have a licence.
