[bromcom] Bromcom Blank report

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help, we have only just had Bromcom set up and we are trying to find our way around the system and the users in our office are having trouble running reports using the standard reports in the system.

 

When they run the report - i.e. for Dinners they choose the Dinner Account balance report when they run the report it is blank, the preview shows the report template data but there is no data in the report, also when the report is exported to Excel , it is blank.

 

There are no errors in regards to permissions or anything, this is the same for any report they try and run.

 

Our joint academy secondary school can run reports and get the data they need. Our system is the Primary school

 

Does anyone have any idea on what the problem could be?
