craig2562 Posted June 16, 2020 Posted June 16, 2020 Hi everyone, A quick query - I have a user that is using MS Teams for lessons. They can connect OK and everything is well until they share a PowerPoint. Once they've shared the presentation and go back to the video camera it says that the video can't connect, even though it had been working perfectly up until then. Any ideas?

DalekSec Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 Make sure they are using Edge or Chrome (or the app), it doesn't support Safari. How are they doing the ppt? directly to the ppt file or sharing screen then showing the ppt? 1
