DaveA Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 Hi All, Has anyone got problems with outlook at present? Lots of our users on site here have outlook as disconnected yet they can access emails fine through 365 web app. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing these issues. Thanks Dave

Jamman960 Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 It seemed to be a DNS issue, it worked from home perfectly throughout but from the schools network smtp.office365.com wasn't resolving at all during the outage but did from home, as soon as it started resolving internally it came back to life - thought our AD server was causing the issue!
