Hi,

boarding school here with quite a few pupils based in China. We host onsite as web server that handles student information that is also available externally. I am told that our Chinese pupils are unable to access it as it is blocked by China.

If this is true does anyone know if it is possible and how you do it for it to be available in China?

I think a starting point would be to establish at just what point it is being blocked i.e. by the Great Firewall, or perhaps more locally. Do you have a screengrab of the error screen they get?

Given Chinese beurocracy though I wouldn't get my hopes up of any speedy resolution.

This post from 9 years back may help, although it doesn't look to be telling you anything you probably didn't already know - https://www.comparitech.com/privacy-security-tools/blockedinchina/

And this may help you test at your end - https://www.comparitech.com/privacy-security-tools/blockedinchina/
