Confidential File Uploads

I'm looking for a solution to allow parents to upload documents securely to our school and not via email (possible GDPR issues etc.)

Google forms has a file upload option but requires everyone to have a google account.

 

We have an onsite wordpress installation - is there anything I can install on that ?

Our LEA provides a secure file exchange solution (free)

 

Might be worth asking your LEA if they do the same?

Do parent not have a VLE logon already so you must have e-mail addresses for them?

No VLE as such, all GSuite

 

We have all contact details, just no secure file upload server

What sort of documents are they uploading, don't some of the MIS's have a parents app can they not do it via that?

I don't entirely know, just that they are confidential

Theres probably some open source stuff somewhere, i dont see why this needs a third party to connect to and should be doable directly to drive.
