Facilities Management Software

We are looking at investing in a facilities mangement software for our Trust. Does anyone have recommendations?

We have just started to use Every (Every school software for contracts, maintenance, assets & procurement : Every Compliance Management), it looks to be working well considering it has only been in use a week so far and our site team seem to like it. It has a module based approach with ones for things such as issue recording and assets.

We use Parago https://www.paragosoftware.com/ for asset management and some facilities stuff and we have https://www.tabsfm.com/ for the helpdesk and maintenance schedules.

Would like to eventually get it all on to the Parago platform but it's not my decision.

+1 for Every here. We use the helpdesk sections for ICT and site/premises plus the Asset database section for... well... assets. This part has a useful app for iPads which let you scan barcodes and links straight into the database.

Our Site Manager wants something he can track the annual checks and project management

We tried Parago but really didn't get on with it - too fiddly. Every looks interesting, I might suggest that as we're looking again...
