Maybe an inexperienced IT tech was asked by a teacher to download YouTube onto the school's system???

 

 

or possibly a PE department has been downloaded fitness videos in 4K (yes - we all know they would do that)

Well considering the NBN has some bad press about its speeds it's not bad doing I don't think.
