Sky Q and smoothwall

Hi

we have Sky Q on site, but although this is on a static IP and is free on the firewall On-Demand and other parts of the box will work for about 1 Minute and stop, would this be Software on the box stopping it or another issue that opening up still wont fix. We have old style Sky Boxes and they work fine so i can only assume this is a sky Q software issue?

Its free as in there are no blocks on the IP Address and traffic can be seen moving between the box and external ip. but after 1 minute it stops it again.

Try using it with a transparent proxy?

Yes have added and checked traffic is going thru.

Run a monitor on the IP address of the box and see what ports are been blocked then create a run from SkyQ to outside on said ports.

This was tried and we could see, traffic flowing from the ip address to the outside and nothing was being blocked, otherwise this would have been opened as well but there was nothing being blocked.
