Apple Support Companies?

Hi All,

 

I'm after recommendations for companies, ideally that sell, setup, and then support a classroom of Apple hardware. We're probably going to need some Windows integration/MDM as wel e.g. JAMF.

 

I'm aware of KRCS and Jigsaw24.

 

Any other recommendations?

dataJAR. I use them at my school for Mac management and they are excellent. Easily the best company we deal with.

 

Looking at the last six months worth of help desk tickets, their average response time is 6 minutes with an average resolution time of between 7 to 111 minutes.

 

Our last lot of Macs were purchased through Jigsaw.

Jigsaw24, Albion, Stormfront, Academia, amsys are some we've used/spoke to in the past. Academia always comes out cheapest these days for us.
