Year 7 to year 8, year 8 to 9 and so on? I have not dealt with this before and first time for me! Dont have access to management console too so trying to find ways to create admin account for myself at same time.
3s-gtech Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 First, select the groups that will be leavers (usually year 13 or year 11 if you don't have sixth form). Then, import your CSV of students with their new year groups. Eclipse will use the admission numbers to match the students, so it will bump the existing students to their new year/form group when you transfer them from Intake to Borrowers.
witch Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 You need admin access though - I rang MLS yesterday and tbf they answered in 5 mins and sorted my problem immediately There is a procedure to move the leavers FIRST before you import the new CSV which as far as I remember, moves them all up anyway
