HELP - Both VM clients will not start on 2012r2 host - Single server Primary school

Hi, We had a power issue over the weekend and I lost connection to our only 2 VM clients. I have rebooted the server but when I try to fire a vm I cant connect and there is no heartbeat, although the clock that counts how long the client has been on for does go up.

 

Currently have no idea when to look at.

Can you see services that they host?

Think I have fixed the issue - I deleted the virtual NIC, created a new one and the vms have just started as normal.
